I just finished the last of my November ATCs for swaps and before I get started on December I figured I'd go ahead and post them. The first is an elephant ATC. I found both pictures on the web and the background is a page from an old book. I picked up a box at an auction a few weeks ago.Next are the four seasons ATCs. The background is a dictionary page. The images are from a magazine ad selling artwork. I used the packaging tape transfer method on them. The next four are for a swap on a Yahoo Group. Last is a circle page for Swap-bot.I used several Christmas themed papers to collage the background. Next I used Distress Ink. The wood Santa was aged with walnut ink.

I am 44, a christian and I have fibromyalgia. I am no longer able to work because of the fibro. and some other health issues. To make extra money and support my hobbies I sell handmade things on Etsy and Ebay. Some of the things I sell are soap, candles, incense, scrapbooks, cards, altered stuff, crochet and knitted things.
I love art! I belong to several groups where I can swap artwork with other artists. Some of my favorite types of artwork are ATCs, mixed media, and anything altered. I recently have started dabbling in art decos and artists journals. I am a collector of "stuff", OK, maybe I am more of a packrat. I collect antique postcards, kitchen tools, doilies, greeting cards, dolls, photos, cookie jars, planters, old cookbooks and Liberty Falls stuff. Some of my hobbies are scrapbooking, stamping, knitting, crochet, reading, gardening, miniatures. I also do genealogy. I've been climbing my family tree for about 18 years and try to spend at least one day a week doing some kind of research. I spend 20-30 hours a week working on projets for my Etsy store.
